Burnout isn’t just about being tired, it’s about losing touch with the rhythms that make life feel meaningful. This 6-week group coaching program combines evidence-based psychology, gentle structure, and community support to help you rebuild your relationship with energy, purpose, and rest.


Why it Works

After years of studying clinical psychology and working closely with both adults and children, I developed a unique methodology inspired by the way we design nurturing yet productive environments for kids. I adapted it for adults who have forgotten what nourishment feels like.

Children thrive when their days follow predictable, emotionally intelligent rhythms: play, focus, rest, connection. Adults need the same thing even though we have learned to override those needs.

This program helps you rebuild rhythms in a way that fits real life, using both research-backed strategies and deep personal insight from my own burnout recovery journey.

Weekly 90-Minute Live Sessions (6 Weeks)

When you pay at a higher tier, you’re directly supporting others’ access to this work. Every cohort includes one full scholarship spot.

Meet Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel Rayner! I am a coach, facilitator, and multidisciplinary artist.

For years, I lived in a constant state of debilitating burnout. As a survivor of trauma and chronic illness, I had to fine-tune my ability to balance my internal needs with the demands required to function in society. Healing meant unlearning the patterns that kept me in survival mode and rediscovering what true balance feels like. Now, my work is dedicated to helping others do the same.

My approach draws from my three years of graduate studies in clinical psychology, during which time I worked over 70 hours as an intern therapist. In addition, I integrate my time teaching children, and my background in fields as varied as project management, music and theater, and martial arts. I use these perspectives to help people understand themselves through both science and story, a narrative reclamation reconnecting them to their true selves.
